First unstructured day after 5-5-5 Reboot.

Began day with hot water and lemon juice.  Supplements.  Though it was suggested to NOT take any over the counter supplements during the Reboot, I continued to take several that I thought were probably not in my veggies/fruits:  Vitamin D3 (continue to be way low in this area, resisting taking 50,000iu once a week of D2), S.O.D., Noni, astaxanthin, lutein, and bilberry. Breakfast was juice:  cantaloupe, honeydew melon, Kale, and apples.  Later a small wedge of Brie and....tortilla chips.  Lunch:  sweet potato and carrot "fries".  Afternoon snack:  another day's left over fruit bowl and tortilla chips.  Dinner:  omlet with one egg, sauteed onions, mushroom, garden tomato, mozarella cheese; one slice Udi bread with butter;  an organic cocoa cassava energy bar :-)  Planning on a large salad after exercising.  OK, back from attending Zumba toning at the YMCA and about to enjoy a large greens/tomato/onion salad!  Feeling good!  Good first day "after".
