Day 2 of After
Last night felt bouncy at Zumba Toning class, arms are already sore today even though the shaker weights were 1.5 pounds only. Smoothie was almost decadent: 1% no bgh milk, aloe vera juice, whey protein, banana, blue berries, ground chia and ground flax seed, and ice all in the blender. We had been out doing errands this morning and missed the Fed Ex man who needed a signature to deliver the new juicer...... I'm disappointed to have missed him, called Fed Ex, they will deliver tomorrow, no chance at all of picking it up etc. today. Lunch using Jack LaLanne juicer: juice from carrots, spinach, apples, half a cuke with coconut water. Then a stick of Mozzarella string cheese with 2 servings of RiceWorks Salsa Fresca chips. Afternoon "snack": avacado, tortilla chips, onions, finish sweet potato carrot "fries", 5 sour dots. Planning to juice this evening while hubby attends potluck party. Instead, ate 5 prunes. Been practicing Zumba dances for tomorrows class.
