day 3 after 5-5-5 plan

Blender smoothie with 1% bgh free milk, whey protein, blueberries, banana, flax seed, chia seed.  Our new juicer, the Omega 8004, has been delivered!!!!!   Lunch veggie juice:  celery, carrots, apple, cucumber, spinach.     Snack: mozzarella string cheese, Stax potato chips.  Taught Zumba Fitness.  Supper:  baked potato, butter, onions, tomato, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper.  Tom has not been able to swallow since about 1pm....  Insists I needn't call our doctor.  He had been eating kipper herring from a tin.....  It hasn't subsided and I'm wondering how he will sleep tonight....
